False banned for 3rd party software
I've been banned for 3rd party software because somebody got into my account and probably cheated?! (I dont even know who bc nobody should have access to my account)
I have already opend a ticket twice with proves of my innocence - like the time is was at work etc.
Is there anything i can do about that?
Like fr i just bought a new pc on the 31.01 and got banned about a week later for something i didnt even do.
(the first screenshot is literally the last game of my account where it got banned / and the second is the prove that i was working at that time.)
