does anyone know what the average wait time for riot support to respond to a ticket is?
Cause I need them to answer to remove my error message

mine was 10 days
I am still on hold and it's been more than 6days
they closed my ticket and said it was a invaldit ticket
BIT I LOAD IN FO LIKE 10 MINUTES
even tho i dont have an ssd its still not suppose to load in that long
took me less than a day.
Can range from 0-96 hours
mine is avg 30hrs ish
its been more than 7 days for me...
