You may consider asking from the players in #Popularity to get better insights on how quickly to achieve your desired PK level.

Last time I win by 15 k popularity but I got a opponent who increases his popularity 81k
Its your luck he might got tough opponent in his previous rounf and give up by low pop. And match with you.
