General information about the free plan

good evening, I am ptoving to develop a java app that connects to a postgres db via jdbc using the string generated by neon. I am not very clear about the limitations on the free plan for example : 1.) how many hosts can be connected at the same time? 2.)for how long at most? 3.) if I have my data saved in the db tables and I decide to switch to a paid plan do I keep the data? 4.) am I a European user can I pay in euros in case? thanks and forgive some mistakes but i don't speak much English 🙂

Hey, 1. Our connection pooler supports up to 10000 simultaneous connectioons. Without connection pooling, your compute size (.25 VCPU on the Free Tier) supports 112 connections. 2. A database on your main branch in your Neon project can be accessed 24/7. The associated compute is always available. 3. Yes, upgrading your plan simply changes your limits. You can start on Free and upgrade later. Your data and everything else remains untouched, and you don't have to migrate it or anything like that. It's a push button upgrade. 4. Checking ... Regarding 4, prices are in USD, and charged in USD, so there would be a conversion by your CC company.
