Problem with Vp's

Anyone knows how to fix this or why is this happening??? I was trying to buy kuronami knife and after the screen where i put my credit card informations, my game just stayed in this loading screen for like 15 minutes. I tried so many times and none of them worked. Now kuronami is gone from my shop and i losted it
