first time using fabric, shaders option does not appear in minecraft
I am on macos and the shaders option under video settings isnt there

Did you add iris to your mods folder?
i do not know there is a step to install iris
install as per norm?
Let me guess, you were previously using optifine without anything else right?
im using optifine on my windows
on this mac i have never used any shaders or a mod
i got the mod working but im trying to get bliss working haha

Iris alone isn't enough as it depends on some other mods

i followed this by copying the file i downloading by clicking the 1.20.4
i then moved the two folders contained inside into the minecraft folder, now the shaders option is in the video settings and bliss is there but the shaders is not working
dont copy the folders, copy the files inside the mods folder, to the mods folder inside .minecraft
is it called
.minecraft in macos as well? cuz when i click on the directory it brings me to the minecraft file
in videos ive seen theres no .minecraft as well so just checking on thisSolution
You're not playing Bliss shaders on M series Macs...

The shader overshoots the arbitrary limitation of Mac's restricted OpenGL support.

Your best luck is with DH builds of BSL, Noble, Photon (I think) or Complementary.
By the way, do you get any errors in-game? Something like shaders failed to load im the chat box?
