Can people that only supports IPv4 connect to my website hosted on IPv6 with Cloudflare Anti-DDOS

Hello there ! This might sound like an odd question but my ISP only allows me to open my posts on IPv6. The problem being that in my place quite a lot of ISPs offer no IPv6 support at all, not even to connect to domains. I was just wondering, since the cloudflare anti DDOS feature acts like a reverse proxy as i understood it, is it possible to host my website on an IPv6 server and have the server accessible via IPv4 with the cloudflare anti ddos layer. Yes, it should support both IPv4/v6, even if your ISP only does v6
