delete vanguard
and redownload it
this can be done just by deleteing it from ur pc then simply loading valorant then youll need to restart your pc
since it will prompt you to restart again

I copied a game from another device
From my friend's computer
When I transferred the game to my computer, it was showing up "vanguard not initialized"
Then I deleted vanguard and download it
that didnt fix your issue ?
