Help Needed: Banned from Valorant for No Reason
Hey everyone,
I'm in a bit of a pickle and could really use some advice. About seven months ago, I got hit with a ban from Valorant for supposedly using third-party software. Now, here's the kicker—I've never cheated in any game, ever.
I've tried reaching out to Valorant support multiple times, but it's like talking to a brick wall. I'm not getting any answers, and it's driving me up the wall. I've heard rumors that some players got banned because they had Logitech GHUB on their PCs, which is something I've got too. Could that be the culprit? Who knows, because Valorant support sure isn't telling me anything.
If anyone's got any insight or advice on how to navigate this mess, I'd really appreciate it.

So
a 3rd party ban is basically the grave of the account that you played on
val support will not give any information on what is and what isnt bannable sadly. so you will not know why you got banned in the first place
when you are banned for 3rd party software, you will be HWID banned, see below
The error code
Van 152 indicates a hardware ID ban. This ban typically lasts around 4 months. You can appeal and discuss your ban on the official support page by using the link below.
Submit a support ticket here: https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/newif the 4 months are already over you can just make a new account and start playing again
but the old account is basically deleted
actually i can play again on a new account
but the thing is
I just got scammed by riot
The skins and money I put into the game are gone, and for no good reason.
