Sudden random FPS drop

Suddenly, I've encountered a substantial drop in my FPS, plummeting from a consistent 600 to a mere 200. Despite utilizing this PC configuration (refer to the attachment) for approximately five months, I consistently maintained 800 FPS prior to round commencement and sustained around 600 FPS during gameplay (reaching approximately 1200 in the shooting range). Presently, I'm confronted with a mere 250 FPS at the onset of rounds and a diminished 550 FPS in the shooting range. Notably, I've made no alterations to my settings or hardware components. Regrettably, the issue persists for my cousin, who shares the same experience. Despite attempting various remedies, including updating my graphics card driver and reinstalling the game, the problem endures. I'm inclined to attribute this discrepancy to potential issues with the European servers, given the frequent occurrence of "LOW SERVER FPS" warnings.
