Someone hacked into my cloudflare account and opened 2FA

Hello, someone hacked my cloudflare account and opened 2 factor verification on my account but did not change my password. I asked for a 2FA reset but it was rejected because I was logged into the account, the problem is that I can't log in to my account, I can never get past the 2FA screen. I need to log in to my account to reach cloudflare support but I can't. I need urgent help on this issue.

Who did you purchase your domain through? You can revoke CloudFlare for the most part and re-secure with a new account. However if you bought the domain through CloudFlare you may need to email support proof of purchase and all sorts; proof of domain ownership says enough.
