Im Stuck Silver 1

I keep de-ranking every almost after every game i win i usually win 1 or 2 and get like 20-30 rr and lost double of it everytime idk what to improve myself on. I really need help finding what do i do to improve my aim and get my rank up. I also dont main any agent i just play omen, iso and reyna. Help me find my main agent and improve myself so i can get out of silver. i do play agresively sometimes.
