its heal whan you get a kill and you get low you are getting full heal (not 150)
missed a couple of details, it also works on targets they have damaged but a teammate has killed, it gives +15% movement speed, the overheal is capped at 100 HP and it does not require line of sight to use unlike Reyna's q
