need help, can't open game
been a few weeks since I couldn't open my game
and yt does not seem to be helping

i have this issue as well but when i logged in again it says im banned. Sadly all i did was just chilling in lobby. Ive contacted support as well as medal and overwolf to help me solve this issue. Medal said it could be overwolf overlay conflicting with the clipping system with medal idk man. Riot hast responded to my ticket yet.

There was a ban wave a couple of days ago
And what was i banned for?
Because some of the guys who were false banned got unbanned?
The banwave was specifically targeting hwid spoofing, and tpm spoofing
I could literally ss my pc rn and show u ihave nothing except aimlabs and valorant. Ive uninstalled medal and overwolf since i thought it was an issue
But that could also be a coincidence

There was a response because there's an automatic one when the ticket is created
And you should have been informed that it takes three to five days
i sent them proof and logs and everything

Then whats the point of submitting a ticket man
Just because you don't get a human response doesn't mean it was not looked over
If they did need to post a response for every ticket they get about people wanting to be unbanned they would have to respond to a ticket every single second
It's physically impossible for them to do that
That's why there are automatic responses

To reinstall vanguard:-
Open task manager
Then details
Close evry valorant,riot client and vanguard related apps/services
Open control panel
Uninstall programs
Uninstall riot vanguard
Open cmd as admin and type these commands:-
1) sc delete vgc
2)sc delete vgk
Navigate to ur C drive then program files and find vanguard folder and delete it.
Then open riot client and click update
Restart ur pc after the update.
I did for like a thousand times

Type msinfo32
Show ss
