Incompatible Version
I have tried many different versions and every one of them says that it is an incompatible version for an older version of Minecraft. I've done the correct versions for the correct version of Minecraft as well and it still says it is incompatible. Is there something I'm missing?

Is this on Fabric? If yes, what's the error window look like?
I've tried forge and fabric and neither work, it doesn't give me an error message it just tells me that it isn't compatible with the version I have even though both are the same version
u dont have to worry abt that type of message in the data pack thingy
as long as its in the mod thingy on the main menu, ye fine
Oh, a resource pack error? That is almost never an issue, unless the pack is made for a version newer than the game, or the pack is made for 1.12 and below.
It’s just the distant horizons mod that says incompatible version, everything else is fine. I’m not sure how to fix it, I’ve tried different versions and it still says incompatible.
Its in the correct folder and everything, it just doesn’t work entirely. Not sure if it’s something else I’m missing or not.

I’ll install the correct mod version on the correct Minecraft version and it just says incompatible and doesn’t work when you go into a world

No other mods though
wait, are the shaders on whenever u go into a world
I turned them on when I entered a world
thats most likely why

dh doesnt support shaders yet, at least not the release version

for shader support, ye gotta get the beta version of both dh und iris
