your MMR seems pretty low. also youre playing in a team with silvers. additionally youre playing against silvers as well. so the RR you would gain is lower from the start, as most players in the lobby are same rank or a few ranks below you. when playing with/against people that are lower than you, you are expected to play similar to them -> mmr low -> gain less rr on a victory
if your MMR is low, you gain less RR on a victory while losing more on a loss.
