Album / external_library best setup for my need

I was waiting for this app for years, I just discovered it and already i'm loving it !
I'm trying to set it up to best fit my uses cases and i have a few questions for the expert users that would help me greatly in that task
I will be mainly using the app with my wife and childs and probably share a few libraries with my familly and friends.
We will use it to :
- Backup our phones pictures/videos.
- Access pictures taken with my reflex camera and edited on my computer
First Question : For the pictures from my reflex edited on my computer and stored in my Nas, i was planning to set it as an external library. But i realized that only the owner of the library can access it and that there can only be one owner defined for a given library. This means that i need to create as many external library in the app as i will have user accessing it ? Or am I simply missing a simple way to share external libraries with other users ?

If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close command, and re-open it later if needed.Second question: Before to discover Immich, We were using photoSync to sync the pictures of our phones on our Nas meaning that as soon as me or my wife was was taking a picture on our phone, we were able to access it respectivly (very handy for example when i know that my wife as taken a cute picture of our child on her phone yesterday and i want to show it to a collegue for instance ^^)
With Immich, I don't see a way to share for instance the "Camera" directory from my phone that is set to sync automatically.
The only way to achieve this that i see is to keep photoSync, sync the Camera folder into the Nas and my wife will own an external lib pointing to this folder. I don't like that solution that much as it forces us to keep photoSync and it will duplicate the picture on my Nas (in immich lib that syncronize it automatically and in a folder syncronized using photoSync ...)
Do you see a better way for me to give access to the Camera folder of my phone to another user ?
Bonus question: If we do sync our Camera folder with my wife and share it using an "External Library", is there a way to filter the pictures in the main view so that it only display "my" pictures. Meaning that my pictures would be accessible to my wife in "searching" mode for instance filtering with a specific camera model but not in a "main" timeline view ... I haven't see a way to filter pictures in the main timeline in any sort ? Is that right ? Do you know if this is a feature that might arrive someday ? Thanks very much everyone in advance 🙂

Hello, for your first question, external libarry for different owner is the plan we are working toward
If you want to share everything with your partner, please have a look at partner sharing, where your partner can access everything on your instance

Thank you for your responses! I'm pleased to see that multiple owner for External lib is on your roadmap !
And about the partner sharing feature it looks exactly like the feature I was looking for. I'll try it ! For what I understand from the doc I'm afraid we're going to have duplicated entries from our duplicated external library but from what I understand from your first response this is only going to be a temporary issue !
This is really a great project, I'm struggling to find a few minutes between my two years old girl and my two months old boy, and I'm not very experienced with typescript but i would be happy to contribute to it if I can someday. Well, if I'm ever able to get my life back 😅
