How to replicate DH + Iris shaders in forge environment
So I've stumbled upon quite some nice YT videos that showcase DH + Iris shaders and nice landscapes.
How do I achieve smth similar looking with forge? What are some forge alternatives, working shaders with their settings etc
Has anyone experimented with it? Are there any specified tips or smth I need to adress? I really don't wanna get myself into fabric as I can get fabric mods into forge but not the other way around at least I'm not familiar with it. I already tried gettin uptodate Iris to work on forge via sinytra connector but thats not really compatible.
I would go for oculus + terratonic (terralith+tectonic combo) + shaders yet need to be tested + physics mod pro oceans on top would be fabulous

rn, i dont think u can really replicate it on forge since the update for both iris and dh shader support hasnt officially came out yet
so oculus hasnt added it yet
tho u can kinda replicate it using optifine iirc

To install Connector and its dependencies, follow the same installation steps as you would for any other mods.
If you haven't already, install MinecraftForge. We recommend using version 47.1.3 on Minecraft 1.20.1.
did you try other versions?

btw pretty sure iris is comin out on neoforge whenever sodium comes out on neoforge
which is whenever 0.6 comes out
but something to look forward to whenever it happens

playin fabric feels like a waste of time you know what I mean
it basically forge with many improvements for modders
like you're playin without achievments
esp since all but one in the forge team moved to neoforge

try settin it to like 256 to first load all those lods in

Oculus discord has a download for a DH-compatible version
The download has DH 2.0.3a in it but I’d recommend sticking with 2.0.2a
Although they say it’s very buggy so backup saves before trying to use it
