Spier Chambray shirt fit check

I got that Spier Mackay Light Wash dress shirt, i got the recommended size from their tool which was 15.5 Slim.
What do you guys think of the fit?
I felt like the collar is a little tight for my preference, so thinking to get the 16 Slim or 16 Contemporary.
