V-MiniON bed heater - strange behavior

This behavior started happening a few days ago.
Heating bed to target temperature is flawless.
As long as NOT printing, the heater PWM is stable, no jumps, everything is fine.
A few minutes after actual print starts, bed heater PWM starts going all over the place, as well as reported bed temperature. This doesn't happen immediately, but roughly 6 to 8 minutes AFTER printing starts.

At first I suspected wiring, something coming loose, etc, but after triple-checking wiring, I am positive it's not the cause.
No idea what else should I check.

None of the following: (software updates, configuration changes, hardware changes, printer position changes, slicer updates, profile changes). The only thing that I am doing with it is print.
