got banned permanently for no reason
I found that I got banned today when I tried to log in to check the new night market.
I haven’t been playing valo for several weeks. My last match was on march 23rd. The last time I logged in on march 26th I had problem logging in with error code 7 and 5. After several attempts and restarting my pc several time I logged in successfully.
On April 4th I knew my friend login to check my skins but didn’t play any games. After that I didn’t log in to the account at all. It says my account was banned permanently for using 3rd party application which I never used.
Why would I take the risk of my 500$ account? Never got banned before for any reasons ( chat voice cheating etc…) somebody please help me figure it out… I’ve sent a ticket to riot but I’m worried about if they will believe me…
I do shared my account with friends which is not recommended by riot, but they all got their own accounts that are not banned and I trusted them 100% what can I do now?
