any val support team pls help
I formated my PC about (2-3) months ago, and i installed back valorant afterwards because i want to play again. i was just playing swiftplays when in my 8th game, i got kicked out from the game and got banned because of TOS Section 7, I read and it is about "boosting" rank on the account which i never did and i was just playing swiftplays. I never shared my account with anyone since my parents wouldn't let me and i never had this ban before, so i continued making a ticket to the Valorant Support. They said that there was no mistake in my account which i find it weird since i never use any other outside help and i dont use third party app other than discord and maybe spotify/youtube while playing the game. I want to play again but i cant even access the riot client. Is there a way for me to get back my account?
