My game keeps getting stuck whenever someone dodges

whenever someone dodges my game just get stuck in this thing and the next match will start then i will get a penalty for dodging like bro this fucking game is not letting me go back to lobby or the other match i always get penalty whenevr someone dodges because of this fucking shit
