Players online vanished

Hey there. I was just wondering what could have caused this to happen? My server is: https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/palworld/26825194 and there is currently people playing but it is showing none. Everything was working great until I restarted the server for a patch. Ever since then no players will show as online even though the server has some playing on it. Everything rcon is working for the server and I can even use the commands from https://www.battlemetrics.com/rcon/servers/26825194 just cant get the players to show as online anymore.

Let me know here if you figure it out. I will also. Right now I am changing the ports the server was using maybe that will fix it. Changing ports did not solve the issue It is trying to work, I just saw someones name pop up on the list but it goes away instantly. It seems like when someone connects they will show up in the list for a second then goes back to 0 players online

It is also still showing the battlemetrics log which is working.

It appears that it thinks players are leaving the server as soon as they connect. So they will show up in the log as connecting, then they will show up on the left in the players list for 1 second then it shows them leaving. In game they stay connected and playing. Also the server console only shows they connected. Nothing there is showing them connecting and leaving instantly like battlemetrics Updated server to patch 0.2.3.0 and this is still an issue. Again paid for another month of battlemetrics. I hope we can figure this out. I will keep trying. my server is still locked out of battlemetrics for 0.2.3.0. 0.2.1.0 was the last time it worked! Everything rcon works except players are not showing. When someone connects you can see them pop up in metrics then it says they go offline instantly but they remain in game. The server always shows 0/32 also. The log also shows player connects but instantly logs them as leaving as if they did. If anyone has any ideas how to fix this, please reach out to me in a dm

Sorry for missing this post when it was originally made. Confirmed that the developers updated their playerID formatting which was breaking our parsing. We'll have a fix for that out shortly.
