I purchased VP through UPI but it didn’t credited in my game

I purchased VP through UPI but it didn’t credited in my account and money was debited from bank
I submitted ticket to them and I also tried to message moderator and admin in this server but i cant message them now im panicking that i wont het get my refund pls help me someone
