Designing an Enhanced Effect-Based Cluster for AWS/Azure with Superior Load Balancing and UI
It would be amazing to have an effect based cluster that is like temporal.io (but with effect and streams) and one can then easily deploy as k8 kubernetes cluster on aws/azure (auth, load balancer ... included by effect directly). Temporal has a great UI, but is quite expensive (and could do load balancing and concurrency better).
