i bought a new pc and now i'm permabanned

I bought a pc from someone today and when I tried to load valo it gave me error VAN 152 and said the device was restricted, and I checked right now and my account is perma banned. I don't even know what it's talking about :/ I was playing last night perfectly fine but only after I got this new pc this stuff started happening :/
