Performance of Disk vs Network Volume

Is there a significant trade-off in performance between the pod's local volume and a network volume? How should I think about this?

Yes, network volume is networked as the name implies, so it is significantly slower.

network volume is connected with network cables i think, theres a slight performance impact but try it out i think its still great
