Bluetooth isn't enabling

When I try to enable it in system settings it does nothing. bluetoothctl shows no active controllers, bluetoothd is active and running.
Solution:
okay, rmmod btusb and modprobe btusb helped me

I think multiple people have had trouble with Bluetooth lately, but I think I heard something about it beeing fixed in f40... So we just have to wait I suppose.
