Ive tried everything on the google serch

i did

format
bios update and downgrade
reset secure boot key
CSM disable
uninstall valorant and reinstall
tpm on
secure boot key install

my msinfo32
BIOS MODE UEFI
Secure Boot State On

Isn't the information you need from msinfo32 just to check if secure boot state is enabled and if the BIOS mode is UEFI?
