If your CPU can't reload LODs fast enough this will happen. Will be fixed in 2.1.0

2048 is overkill but i wanna see the whole world
and its worked fine so far
Makes sense then. In 2.0.2 and earlier, travelling fast with high LOD distances would cause the queue to get filled with tons of unnecessary work
yea i did travell 15k blocks in about 15 minutes
so maybe it was just slow
Best course of action is to rejoin the world whenever this happens since that clears the queue, and update to 2.1.0 when the final release happens
would it being 1.18.2 affect it
I don't think so
On 1.20.4 even my 11300H can keep up while travelling
