fps constantly dropping in match
i have a rtx 3060 hp omen laptop with 165hz monitor, only now it starts to constantly drop in frames. How to fix?

Thanks for keeping us informed, let's see if the consumption is caused by the following Vanguard configuration. If not, I would recommend waiting for an update.
Press the Windows key and type CMD, the first result that appears will be a black window icon that says "Command Prompt", right click and then run as administrator.
In the window that opens, write the following commands:
bcdedit.exe /set testsigning off
Press Enter
bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks off
Press Enter
Save the changes and preferably restart your computer.
Once we have started the computer, please run the game by right clicking on the icon and selecting "Run as administrator"
