"required dependency couldn't be installed..."
hi,
I've been getting the error message "required dependencies..." for some time now. I've already tried uninstalling Valorant, riotgames,... and reinstalling them several times, but it didn't help. I also created a ticket, but it didn't help either... any ideas what else I can do?

U should see secure boot option appear at the bottom

Change secure boot mode to custom
Then click restore factory keys
It might ask u to reset without saving

btw. there is also a strange version of Riot Vanguard installed I cnat uninstall

Open task manager
Then details
Close evry valorant,riot client and vanguard related apps/services
Open control panel
Uninstall programs
Uninstall riot vanguard
Open cmd as admin and type these commands:-
1) sc delete vgc
2)sc delete vgk
Navigate to ur C drive then program files and find vanguard folder and delete it.
Then open riot client and click update
Restart ur pc after the update.
Thats normal
if I open riotgames there is nothing with update but if I open the Valorant "page" it says install vanguard... if iI press update valorant it just loads for a second and the "we couldn't install a required dependency pops up again...
Download autoruns from the Microsoft website

Open autoruns.exe
Click on file at the top left
Run as administrator
Uncheck everything thats in yellow and red color
Make sure vgc and vanguard is checked
After unchecking evrything in yellow and red
Restart ur pc
Try to update val again

its not my pc
where can I check?
I asked the owner and he said he doesn't have a special antivirus programm, just the Windows antivirus
Give exceptions to valorant,vanguard and riot client in ur firewall

the pc with the issue is not mine, I am just trying to help the owner
i think its vodafone but this shouldnt be a issue as league still works and my pc is connected to the same internet and Valorant is running
Sometimes your isp could be blocking it

I suspect it's Vanguard's fault because I had the same error message on the PC a few months ago but was able to fix it by setting the startup type in the "servives" setting to automatic instead of disabled.
I tried to do the same thing again, but there is a corrupt version of Vanguard on the PC that can be deleted but keeps reappearing...

We have pretty much tried everything that could be blocking it
It's either your IP / ISP is blocked or your ISP is blocking the Web server

Yes
They also answered, the first thing they suggested didn't work and now I am still waiting for an answer
After the last League update it also says the same error message...
