If I have a penalty on my account for something that genuinely wasn’t my fault it had to have been a mistake from PUBG, I was banned for 10 years but I got unbanned about 3 months into it but have a penalty on my id, I received compensation from PUBG regarding the issue. Whys the penalty in my security centre and why does it say claim if I’m unbanned? I’m just curious that’s all.
