player death

so can someone tell me why da heck dat death loggin happening again and again??
i mean like the player just die for once and server is counting his single death as several times....
i thought its some bug from discordsrv, but i feel its not coz it never happened earlier it randomly started happening...
pls help me i am trying to fix this from hours and idk wats causing this

people do use skinrestorer with geyser to make skin show properly, but loginsecurity shows about 99% of the time the server is an offline mode server, sure theres chances people use it for staff members if it has the ability to do so but usually its not
