Best UX for mobile filter component

I have managed to create a good filter experience on desktop devices but when it comes on mobile devices the filter experience is bad. Way baad. I need some advices on how to make it usable.
My problem is with the countries filter because there are many countries and I wanted to know how to optimize the UI for better country filtering experience.
I am accepeting any advices or resources where I can find tips or advices to reach the solution.
