Black flickering
My minecraft has black flickering all the time, I can't solve it, how can I solve it?

Does it only happen with iris or does it happen in vanilla Minecraft too?
Also can you send a video of what it looks like
What version of and iris are you on and do you have any other mods or texture packs?
