Laces rubbing on shoe tongue, what should I do?

I just bought my first pair of nice footwear (AE Boots from Shoebank) which I'm pretty happy with, but I noticed that there are a few marks on the tongue from where the laces are rubbing against it. Is there a recommended way to deal with this?
