Transfer LODs from singleplayer to multiplayer in 2.0.4
I have a singleplayer copy of the map the server I play uses. Previously, I flew around and generated the LODs which I then transferred to the server's LOD folder so I didn't have to generate them there.
With the recent updates, I spent a few hours migrating the singleplayer world's LODs and everything works beautifully. However, when I try to transfer the new sqlite file to the server's LOD folder, the LODs never load when I join the server. It only generates sqlite-shm and sqlite-wal files alongside it. There are no errors.
