Error at launching

I've seen a lot of people now with the same problem as me, when I'm launching the game it pops an error screen with the games' location in my pc, stating that I can't open it because of the permits in my profile, my account is administrator and I already tried relogging, updating drivers, launching as admin, changing the compatibility settings, etc.

Any idea of why does this happens?
