limited connection rog ally

i have a problem, i am on wifi on hotel but i dont get wifi to work, i can use ip to ping but when i write google.com i get "this site cant be reached" wifi work on windows, tried to change dns to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 same problem, tried also in resolv.conf to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 same problem, i am not familiar with linux, tried to google it but get confuse about everything, i am windows user and this is my first time in linux
