Got PERMANENT SUSPENSION for no reason
I'm hard stuck Gold for like a year now, and right now when i try to log into the game I got a notice telling me my account has got banned due to use of prohibited third-party software. I dont have anything installed of my PC I swear 
I dont know what to do anymore, all my money spend on this account, my online friends, my skins and my agents unlocked is GONEE!! :'((( someone help me
