Hello Pubg .. so in (2/5/2024) i got a 10 years band without any warning and i didn't cheating or violate the rules and conditions i can prove it with any u want to prove that there is a mistake ... Thank you for understanding.

Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
