H87nu Hotswap not getting recognize by my PC
So I have this PCB https://geon.works/products/h87nu-pcb?variant=42512115433635 and it's not getting recognize by my PC. I tried following this step https://geon.works/pages/hiney-h87nu-h-install-firmware-and-keymapping but it's not helping. I hear a system sound each time I connect the PCB to PC but nothing happens after that. QMK or VIA doesn't recognize the PCB. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!

Can you please run the QMK toolbox and press the reset button on the back of the PCB for about 5 seconds?
If you see this message, the reset is complete and you can try the firmware upload again.
I tried this and it didn't work
This is what it says when I plug-in the PCB to my PC
There is little we can do to test this at this time, but it could be an issue with the daughterboard or cable, so if you have a different Unified Daughter Board, cable, you can try replacing it.
You also need to check if the pins inside the JST connector are warped.
