rank reset: my rank resetting to silver every time am at Gold I despite the progress
I've been playing PUBG and was almost at Platinum rank, but now every time I play a match, my rank drops back to Silver, even though I've already completed that rank. It's really frustrating. Can someone help me fix this? And yes I am playing squad which my rank is originally supposed to be at gold I but got dropped back to silver twice. I have screenshot of my points going towards silver while my rank says it’s at gold I.
Solution
It is fine, @azura. If you have recently switched your server, your rank will be updated according to your current rank in your new server.
