Error code Van -1

so recently id be just playing a competitive match or any type of match really and id be walking or talking to someone shooting etc. or even sometimes in the lobby and this pops up ...????????? ive gotten banned so many times bc of this and this only started happening after the recent patch update, anyone know how to fix this?!
