tput not wanting to install

I wanted to install blueprint on another panel of mine but when following the new installation guide it now said to also install tput and when doing that it gives this error

E: Unable to locate package tput

Still not wanting to install but blueprint didn't need it for a successfull install

Just added tput to that command as someone mentioned it before. Appears to be installed by default on most systems though.
