Open Telemetry + Vue + Nuxt Integration
I am setting up OpenTelemetry in a Nuxt-based application.
I just wanted to know if anyone in the community has or knows of something already implemented that integrates OpenTelemetry with Vue and/or Nuxt, since there seems to be no official solution yet.
I am sure someone else must have tried it or will want to do it at some point
