Unplayable loading times?
Seems like the optimization is getting worse and worse with every update. Every other game on my PC runs like butter ($1.2k PC) and yet Valorant takes 10 minutes to open (what takes so long? Its a lobby with a couple animations?) and deathmatches are literally ending before i load in. If i alt tab during any loading screen, it essentially bricks my PC for 10+ minutes and i cant do anything.
I cant be the only one experiencing this. I know some of my friends have been dealing with insane load times, ive been dealing with by far the worst though.
16GB of memory and with valorant open in lobby in the background im hitting 64% memory? I know 16GB isnt exactly NASA computer levels but surely i should be able to run a simple fps game without hitting 99% memory loading in a map with at maximum 2 interactables. Why dont they just have the same client as league? League client is subject to its problems but you can close and open it within seconds, what is this choice?
