D1 - Asking for informations for data residency.

I hope this question as not been already answered : can Cloudflare D1 RGPD compliant ?
As an agency, we are considering using Cloudflare D1 for an upcoming project in a European public market.
With this project in mind, we would like to know how much we can restrict data storage and data processing (D1 & Workers), so it is always happening at least in Europe if not in a specific country (even better).
